Discount on Birth Doula Services

I offer a $200 discount on birth doula services for Military members (active duty or retired), First Responders, Educators (homeschooling included), & Repeat Families. Each birth package also includes a complimentary lactation consultation during one of your postpartum visits.

Packages & fees

Birthing Doula Services: $1500

Package fee encompasses time spent with you in preparation and for the arrival of your baby. Package discounts available on a case-by-case basis.

Prenatal Support & Guidance

Personalized education and emotional support throughout your pregnancy. You’ll have ongoing access to me by phone and email as questions or needs arise.
Includes three 2-hour in-person prenatal visits that cover:

  • Childbirth education and physiological birth preparation
  • Understanding your birth options and preferences
  • Crafting a thoughtful, values-aligned birth plan (if desired)
  • Comfort techniques, labor positions, and coping tools
  • Preparing for the fourth trimester and postpartum recovery

Labor & Birth Support

Compassionate, continuous support throughout every stage of labor and birth. I offer grounded emotional presence and physical comfort as you move through the sacred work of bringing your baby earthside. Support includes:

  • 24/7 On call care beginning at 38 weeks
  • Encouragement and reassurance
  • Hands-on comfort (massage, counterpressure)
  • Guidance on movement and positioning
  • Partner support for connection and confidence
  • Advocacy to maintain a peaceful birth space
  • Up to two hours of post-birth care

Postpartum Care

 Nurturing support as you settle into life with your newborn.

  • Available via phone or email for four weeks following the birth for questions, processing your birth experience, or emotional encouragement
  • Two In-home postpartum visits within the first three weeks to check in on your physical and emotional recovery, newborn care, and feeding support
  • Complimentary Lactation Consult included during a postpartum visit (includes breastfeeding assessment, weighted feed, oral evaluation, & flange fitting


Lactation Consultation Services: $40/hour

Initial in-Home Consultation

A comprehensive, hands-on assessment in the comfort of your home. Includes observation of a feeding session, evaluation of baby’s latch and positioning, assessment of milk supply, and discussion of any feeding concerns or goals.   

Pumping and Bottle-Feeding

Guidance tailored to your needs, whether you're returning to work, exclusively pumping, or offering occasional bottles. Includes:


  • Flange sizing and pump setup
  • Creating a pumping routine
  • Safe milk storage guidelines
  • Introducing a bottle with breastfeeding in mind

Problem-Solving

Compassionate support for common breastfeeding challenges, including:


  • Painful latch or nipple trauma
  • Suspected tongue or lip tie 
  • Low milk supply or oversupply
  • Engorgement or plugged ducts 
  • Mastitis or inflammation

Post-Release Follow-Up Care

Gentle, informed support after tongue or lip tie release (frenectomy). Focuses on:


  • Re-establishing a deep, effective latch
  • Oral exercises and suck training
  • Feeding plan adjustments to support healing and milk transfer
  • Encouragement and reassurance throughout the healing process


Postpartum Doula Support Group: $140

Package fee is for 4 hours of daytime support

In-Home Support

Assistance with diapering, bathing, soothing techniques, and establishing routines. Helping with laundry, dishwashing, and tidying up to create a comfortable home environment.  

Emotional Support

Providing reassurance, holding space for clients to share their birth story, and offering empathetic support. 

Breastfeeding Support

Guidance on proper latch, positioning, and addressing common breastfeeding challenges.  

Please note that locations outside of a 40-mile radius will have an increased fee for additional travel time
