Comprehensive education and support throughout your pregnancy, tailored to your unique needs and preferences. Available by phone and email through the entire pregnancy. Offering Two Prenatal Visits: preparation covering childbirth education, birth planning, and birthing techniques to ensure you feel confident and informed; as well as assisting in drafting a birth plan if desired & preparing for the postpartum recovery.

Continuous physical, emotional, and informational support during labor and delivery, empowering you to make informed decisions. Supporting you at your place of birth and utilizing massage, position changes, partner support, and relaxation techniques as you move through the transformative phases of labor. Availability to stay for up to two hours post birth and assist with breastfeeding support if requested. 

 Assistance and care in the immediate postpartum period, helping you transition smoothly into motherhood.  Available by phone or email for up to two weeks. An in-home postpartum visit will be available once settled at home within the first two weeks. 

Assistance with diapering, bathing, soothing techniques, and establishing routines. Helping with laundry, dishwashing, and tidying up to create a comfortable home environment.  

Providing reassurance, addressing postpartum depression signs, and offering empathetic support. 

Guidance on proper latch, positioning, and addressing common breastfeeding challenges.  

Comprehensive Assessment, a thorough evaluation of breastfeeding, including latch, positioning, milk supply, and any concerns or challenges.  

Assistance with issues such as tongue tie, nipple pain, low milk supply, engorgement, and mastitis.  

Advice on pumping, storing breast milk, and introducing bottle-feeding as needed.
